Beauty Therapist

About the role

Crown Resorts is looking for qualified Beauty Therapists to join its spa team in Sydney. The role provides premium treatments in a professional and welcoming environment, for guests who appreciate beauty and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a range of treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, body treatments and tinting.
• Provide outstanding customer service and personalised treatment recommendations.
• Recommend retail products and home-care solutions to clients.
• Maintain treatment rooms, client records and spa presentation standards.
• Support bookings, guest enquiries and day-to-day spa operations.

Required profile

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
• Experience working in a spa or beauty environment.
• Strong treatment knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and confidently recommend products and services.
• A certificate IV in Personal Training and RSA is advantageous.
