Base24 EPS Developer (Hybrid, Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Base24 EPS Developer to join our Melbourne team on a hybrid basis. You will design, develop, test and maintain Base24 payment processing applications, ensuring high performance, reliability and security for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and support Base24 EPS payment processing applications.
• Design and implement enhancements for ATM, POS and electronic payment systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot Base24 EPS components.
• Support transaction routing, authorization, settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Integrate Base24 EPS with external payment networks and banking applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to transaction processing.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking and payment industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Base24 EPS development and support.
• Strong knowledge of ACI Base24 EPS architecture.
• Experience with ATM, POS, debit and credit card processing systems.
• Solid understanding of ISO 8583 messaging standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Tandem/HP NonStop platforms.
