Barista Trainer

About the role

UCC Coffee is seeking a full‑time Barista Trainer to deliver accredited barista training to key accounts and café customers across Sydney and occasional interstate locations. You will work on‑site, travelling to multiple venues to ensure consistent, high‑quality coffee preparation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, accredited barista training to staff at key accounts and café locations.
• Travel regionally and interstate as required, using your own reliable vehicle.
• Maintain training records and report on progress to management.
• Support customers with coffee equipment setup and troubleshooting during sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UCC Coffee product knowledge and industry trends.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and people, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in café management or as a head barista.
• Professional, autonomous, and able to manage time effectively.
• Valid, clean driver’s licence and reliable car.

Required skills

• Solid barista capability, including espresso machine operation.
