Bar and Restaurant Team Member – Treasure Island Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant Cafe, Restaurant, Barista and Bar teams at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort for a seasonal, casual position. You’ll deliver friendly, high‑quality service to guests enjoying a holiday atmosphere on the Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and provide exceptional table service.
• Prepare and serve drinks – coffee, cocktails or soft drinks.
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, clear and reset dining and bar areas for each shift.

Required profile

• Previous service experience in a restaurant, café or similar customer‑facing role.
• Outstanding customer service skills – friendly, welcoming and attentive.
• Ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Availability to work weekends, public and school holidays, including the Christmas‑New Year period.

Required skills

• Experience using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (preferred).
• Barista skills (preferred).
