Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Batemans Bay)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Batemans Bay, helping them meet their financial needs and goals across transactions, advisory conversations and digital solutions. You will work primarily in‑branch, providing high‑quality service that turns customers into strong advocates for ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in line with accreditation levels.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels and products.
• Support bank programs and initiatives to increase customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including risk and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.

• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
