Banking Consultant – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Banking Consultant to join its Retail Banking team in Malaga, WA. In this part‑time, permanent position you will help customers achieve their financial goals through personalised, end‑to‑end service and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy by delivering seamless banking experiences.
• Participate in bank programmes and initiatives that enhance service quality.
• Know each customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ policies.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and product fulfilment according to accreditation level.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using digital channels and technology to serve customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to coach peers.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
