About the role
ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Noosaville branch. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them toward digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions and conduct needs‑based conversations.
- Educate customers on digital banking channels and ANZ products.
- Act as a peer coach and role model within the team.
- Support branch initiatives, programs and Saturday rostered shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital technology.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of compliance and risk principles.
- Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate.
