About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers in the Morley branch. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, guide customers through transactions, and educate them on digital and traditional solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer service that turns clients into strong advocates for ANZ.
  • Complete customer transactions accurately and conduct in‑depth, needs‑based conversations.
  • Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels and financial products.
  • Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Support bank programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and risk requirements.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.

Required profile

  • Exceptional customer focus.
  • Retail experience (preferred).
  • Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
