Banking Consultant – Macarthur NSW

About the role

ANZ is looking for Banking Consultants to join its retail branches across the Macarthur region of New South Wales. In this customer‑facing role you will help clients meet their financial goals through personalised conversations, transaction support and digital education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless banking experience and meet end‑to‑end financial needs of customers.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations, promote appropriate products and digital solutions.
• Process transactions in line with accreditation levels and branch policies.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ risk, policy and procedural standards.
• Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
• Comfortable using digital banking channels and technology.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rostered shifts, including Saturdays, to meet branch operating hours.
