About the role

ANZ is seeking enthusiastic Banking Consultants to join its retail branches across Brisbane. In this customer‑focused role you will deliver seamless banking experiences, helping clients meet their financial goals through personalised conversations and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions, product advice and digital onboarding.
• Engage customers in needs‑based conversations to identify suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to turn satisfied clients into strong advocates for ANZ.
• Support branch operations, including occasional Saturday rostered shifts.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, risk guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with experience in a retail or service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and act as a peer coach.
• Flexibility to work part‑time, full‑time or casual schedules across multiple branch locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and standard office software.
