About the role

Tip Top Bakeries, an iconic Australian bakery brand owned by George Weston Foods, is looking for energetic and reliable team members for its Dry Creek site. Full-time production roles are available in the Baking and Packing teams, with immediate starts and a starting rate of $27.21 per hour plus shift and weekend penalties. A training period is required before the final roster is confirmed.

Key responsibilities

• Baking: operate bakery equipment to keep production flowing, adjust settings for consistent product, check bread quality (weight, shape, colour), follow food safety and sanitation standards, record outputs and report issues.
• Packing: pack fresh bakery products accurately and efficiently, check product quality, operate packing machinery safely, follow food safety and hygiene procedures, label and prepare products for dispatch.

Required profile

• Preferred but not essential: experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production or warehousing.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg.
