B2B Sales Executive – Solar & Battery Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated B2B Sales Executives to join our fast‑growing solar and battery distribution business across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. The role is open to both seasoned professionals and ambitious newcomers who thrive in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of solar installers and electricians.
• Identify and develop new B2B accounts.
• Prepare quotes, close sales and oversee repeat orders for solar panels, inverters and battery systems.
• Operate against clear gross‑profit KPIs to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction or trade supply.
• Ability to run the full sales pipeline independently.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on profitability.
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven, results‑oriented setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and execution focused.
