B2B Communications Manager

About the role

Canva is looking for a B2B Communications Manager to help shape and amplify its enterprise narrative across media, customers and industry leaders. This 12‑month contract role will be based in Sydney, Los Angeles or San Francisco and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the communications engine that showcases Canva’s enterprise story, securing coverage in business and technology media.
• Identify and amplify customer success stories across owned, social and executive channels.
• Develop and execute communications programs for priority enterprise audiences such as IT and sales leaders.
• Create thought‑leadership content for Canva’s enterprise and B2B leadership, including bylines, social posts and Q&As.
• Plan and deliver communications strategies for major product launches, partnerships, customer announcements and business milestones.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in B2B or enterprise communications with a proven track record of elevating brands.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape and ability to craft narratives for business decision‑makers.
• Experience building thought‑leadership platforms and communications programmes for specific industries.
