About the role
Datacom is seeking an experienced Atlassian Technical Consultant to join its Platinum Solution Partner team in Sydney. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading the design, configuration and delivery of Atlassian solutions for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of Atlassian products such as Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, Rovo and Bitbucket.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into technical user stories, and implement workflows, automations, dashboards and integrations.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise, ensure best practices, and deliver post‑implementation support and optimisation.
Required profile
- Atlassian Certification (ACP) or working towards it.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Jira Service Management, Atlassian Cloud migration and ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to run client workshops.
