Associate Managing Consultant, Performance Analytics (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services Performance Analytics team for a 12‑month engagement. The role will help clients in the payments and financial services sector translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams within a payments or financial services context, including credit/debit card, BIN, migration, and regulatory projects.
• Develop and implement analytics strategies and programs for large clients, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value.
• Maintain and grow working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to support profitability initiatives.
• Review analytics deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Proactively acquire new knowledge and structure project work to capture intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Experience in payments or financial services consulting, with familiarity of credit/debit card operations, BIN management, migration programs, and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and scale data‑driven solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.
