Associate Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

HubSpot is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Inbound Sales Representative to join its high‑performing sales and service team. This entry‑level position focuses on delivering the first, high‑quality interaction with prospects and customers, helping them understand how HubSpot’s CRM platform can grow their business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of product and sales inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Conduct consultative pre‑qualification of prospects to feed HubSpot’s sales pipeline.
• Remove technical barriers and recommend best‑practice usage of HubSpot software.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Inbound Growth Assessment team.
• Identify and deliver next‑step resources to assist customers and users.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve the experience for both HubSpot employees and customers.
