Associate Director – Real Estate Capital Raising & Product Strategy

About the role

This senior position sits at the heart of a global real‑estate investment platform, driving product strategy, fund formation and capital‑raising activities across the APAC region. You will work closely with senior leaders to launch new investment vehicles and manage relationships with institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the formation and launch of new and existing real‑estate investment funds.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, compliance and investment teams on fund structuring and documentation.
• Manage investor due‑diligence processes and coordinate multi‑stakeholder responses.
• Prepare high‑quality investor presentations, information memoranda and fundraising materials.
• Support capital‑raising initiatives and investor roadshows across APAC.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and investor intelligence to shape product strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices and investment platforms.
• Contribute to product development, fund positioning and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in real‑estate investment or funds management.
• Ability to understand real‑estate assets and communicate effectively with institutional investors.
• Excellent written communication and strong numerical aptitude.
• Background in real‑estate funds management, real‑estate banking or investment is preferred.
