About the role

A recruitment partner is working with one of Australia's most respected specialist engineering consultancies to appoint an Associate Civil Engineer to help shape the growth of its Brisbane practice. The client is known for technical excellence and for delivering landmark hospitals, education facilities and complex building developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Brisbane Civil team
• Help shape the direction and growth of the Brisbane practice
• Work on building-related civil design projects, including site civil, drainage and stormwater
• Collaborate with technical specialists and supportive national leaders

Required profile

• Experienced Senior, Associate or Principal Civil Engineer
• Strong consultancy experience in building-related civil design
• Expertise across site civil, drainage and stormwater
• RPEQ registration
• Established Brisbane industry relationships
• Genuine passion for leadership, mentoring and developing others
