Assistant Store Manager - Loganholme Area

About the role

ALDI is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Loganholme area store. You will join the store's leadership team and support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar business, covering daily operations, sales and team motivation. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach team members and help develop future store leaders.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the store.
• Manage stock and inventory and minimise losses.
• Work with the team on registers, filling shelves and merchandising special buys.
• Identify improvements and keep the store running smoothly so customers stay satisfied.
• Run the store while the Store Manager is on leave.

Required profile

• Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills to motivate teammates and delight customers.
• Ability to support the Store Manager in achieving store results.
• Professional, responsible approach and ability to work independently, overseeing ALDI policies and procedures.

• Remuneration of $97,051.14-$102,735.36 per year, including superannuation and predicted bonuses, varying with hours, location and experience.
