Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment) - Dan Murphy's Gladesville

About the role

Dan Murphy's is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment) in Gladesville, NSW. You will help manage and maintain stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction, acting as a people leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for inventory management and stock control. Key responsibilities

• Help build a culture centred on people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
• Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team so they can continuously improve
• Elevate the team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and accurate across store inventory levels
• Work with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods, aiming for maximum revenue growth
• Create an inclusive environment where the team feels welcome as they are

Required profile

• Results-driven, with the customer experience at the forefront
• Understands the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and shares knowledge proactively
• Authentic, analytical and attentive
• Passionate and inspiring approach to coaching and motivating the team
• Strong planning and organisational skills to keep the team on track
