Assistant Service Delivery Manager (FIFO) – Tantangara

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee village services, catering, accommodation, housekeeping and related support functions at a remote site. The role ensures safe, efficient and compliant operations while fostering a positive team culture and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large multidisciplinary catering and village services teams.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality catering and hospitality services.
• Drive operational performance through workforce planning, rostering and resource management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, health and safety and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and site leadership.
• Monitor performance through reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing large catering and village services teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles.
• Proven leadership experience in remote sites, camps, hospitality or village environments.
• Excellent people leadership, stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills.
• Physically fit, able to work long shifts and endure extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain a recent National Police Check and pass pre‑employment medical screening.
