About the role
KMH Workforce is recruiting an Assistant Quality Inspector for a busy modular construction operation in Hope Valley, Western Australia. The role supports the Lead Quality Control Officer with day-to-day quality control on the modular building production facility, working Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Lead Quality Control Officer with daily quality control activities across the modular building production facility.
- Assist with inspections at various stages of construction, documenting defects and preparing and updating punch lists.
- Maintain photographic records and follow up on rectification works.
- Work closely with the Lead Quality Control Officer, Supervisors and Contractors to ensure modular buildings meet the required quality standards, specifications and project requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in construction, trade, quality control or site work.
- Interest in developing skills in quality inspection and modular construction.
