Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (Wellbeing Collective)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead quality assurance for Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective portfolio in Australia. You will define and implement quality frameworks that support innovation, market expansion and regulatory compliance, while ensuring a superior consumer experience across all wellbeing brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve quality governance structures for the Wellbeing Collective portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and internal policies across all markets.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that embed quality data and analytics into product development and supply‑chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, marketing, supply chain and legal—to enable new product launches and market growth.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization through training and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality management within consumer goods or health‑wellbeing sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to health and wellness products.
• Ability to work strategically while also executing hands‑on tasks in a fast‑moving, project‑based environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
