Assistant Educator

About the role

Kool Beanz, a family-owned company with years of experience in the childcare sector, is looking for caring Assistant Educators to support children and families in its local community. The position suits people qualified or working toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, who can bring creative skills and passion to the centres.

Key responsibilities

• Support a team of educators in implementing programs, following the EYLF and sharing the excitement of child-led discovery.
• Create lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools and families.
• Help the centre meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working toward a qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain them.
• Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and the National Quality Standards.
