Assistant Company Secretary – Governance Support (Australia)

About the role
Revolut’s Legal team is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to provide governance support for boards and committees across Australia. You will ensure compliance with local legislation, keep board members informed of their responsibilities, and maintain accurate company records.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, circulate committee packs, and draft minutes for Australian boards and committees.
- Influence and communicate effectively at board and executive level, delivering high‑quality materials on time.
- Draft board and shareholder resolutions and ensure alignment of governance processes across the company.
- Maintain statutory registers and file required documents with ASIC.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (law, business) or professional company secretarial certification.
- Strong team skills and ability to build relationships with senior executives.
- Proven experience in board support and managing board/committee meetings.
- Deep knowledge of Australian corporate governance requirements and the Corporations Act.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, resilience, and ability to prioritize competing demands.
