Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader

About the role

G8 Education is recruiting an Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader for its Community Kids Meadow Heights Early Education Centre in Victoria. The centre offers a place-based service with a specialised Kindergarten program, built around the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, and is well equipped with indoor and outdoor play areas, age-appropriate technology and learning resources. It caters for 140 children at capacity, with opening hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

Required profile

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven educator experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• A First Aid certificate
