Assistant Brand Manager – Doritos

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s iconic Doritos portfolio as an Assistant Brand Manager. You will support the Senior Brand Manager in shaping and executing brand marketing strategies across innovation, activation, and communications to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product and packaging innovation aligned with consumer insights and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch activation plans.
• Monitor brand performance, generate insights, and manage projects from concept to launch.
• Oversee budget processes, digital channel activities, and internal brand engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns and manage agency partnerships to ensure effective execution.

Required profile

• Degree qualified, preferably in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
• At least 18 months of experience in FMCG marketing, sales or category management.
• Strong project‑management, organisational and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with capability to analyse performance metrics and produce actionable insights.
• Commercially minded, adaptable self‑starter with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
