Assistant Boutique Manager – Sydney QVB

About the role

CAMILLA is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Boutique Manager to support the daily operations of its flagship QVB boutique in Sydney. You will help deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while embodying the brand’s adventurous spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist the Boutique Manager with day‑to‑day store management and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance, meet KPI targets and coach team members to achieve theirs.
• Implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure the boutique environment aligns with CAMILLA standards and brand values.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to tailor in‑store experiences.
• Confident, empathetic leader who leads by example.
• Passionate about maintaining a beautiful boutique environment.
• Presentable brand ambassador with a track record of meeting sales targets.
