About the role
The Area Sales Manager will lead the sales and commercial activities for an assigned district of a leading Philippine airline. You will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability and brand presence while building strong relationships with customers and the community.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute business plans and programs aligned with corporate strategy for the assigned area.
- Lead sales management initiatives, implement marketing programs and monitor performance to exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Oversee PAL brand representation, loyalty program growth and public‑relations activities, managing budgets and expenses.
- Prepare annual operating plans, sales forecasts and tactical plans to expand the territory’s business.
- Establish goodwill with customers, partners and local communities.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the airline industry.
- Proven exposure to airline sales, passenger ticketing and reservations.
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
