Area Sales Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term

About the role

Veolia Environmental Services is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its NSW sales team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Arndell Park. The role suits someone who is a genuine "farmer" and enjoys meeting customer expectations to build profitable, long-term client relationships. You will understand your customer portfolio and the wider marketplace in a defined territory, solve client problems and expand the range of services offered.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue opportunities and maintain margins within defined parameters
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline with short-, medium- and long-term forecast opportunities
• Follow sales processes and expectations
• Understand customers and the marketplace in the defined territory
• Identify new development opportunities, leads or changes in line with Veolia policy and procedure
• Monitor customer satisfaction to deliver a quality service
• Identify and re-sign expired agreements within the territory

Required profile

• Diploma of Business or equivalent workplace experience
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position
• Desirable: experience maintaining a CRM
