Architectural Designer – Luxury Retail

About the role

Studio PFA is seeking a full‑time Architectural Designer to join its Sydney studio. You will work on high‑end luxury retail projects, turning concepts into detailed construction documentation while ensuring compliance with Australian building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and translate them into detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and coordinate Revit and AutoCAD models for interior and architectural elements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and client representatives to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all documentation meets local building codes and project standards.
• Contribute creative input to complex design challenges and support project planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in luxury retail or bespoke interior projects.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of high‑end retail design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (3–5 years).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (3–5 years).
• Experience producing construction drawings and technical documentation.
