About the role
KONE is launching its 2027 Apprenticeship intake in Perth, offering 1st, 2nd and 3rd year apprenticeships in electrical and mechanical disciplines within the vertical transportation industry.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside qualified technicians to develop practical, on‑the‑job skills.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance and modernization of KONE elevators and escalators.
- Learn industry safety standards, regulations and best practices.
Required profile
- Completed secondary school or hold a High School Certificate (or equivalent).
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident.
- Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a current C Class driver licence.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Required skills
- Interest in developing electrical and/or mechanical trade skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
