Appointment Setter – Hybrid (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to join our Sydney team on a hybrid basis. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective and existing clients, qualify leads and arrange sales meetings for our business development specialists. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering clear information about our digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and clients via phone, email and other channels following structured scripts.
• Qualify leads, conduct brief needs assessments and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar, confirm, reschedule or cancel meetings as required.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and conversation outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation or telesales.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team in Sydney.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment targets.
