Application Specialist

About the role

The Application Specialist will support the deployment of InterSystems' TrakCare product, providing expertise in implementation, training and change management for healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements for the TrakCare application.
• Implement TrakCare according to customer business needs and InterSystems methodologies.
• Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations and workshops.
• Manage change requests and ensure successful implementation phases.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for TrakCare implementations.
• Identify potential product changes in collaboration with customers.
• Perform other duties as directed by the company.

Required profile

• Experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS) and Clinical Information Systems.
• Understanding of health‑informatics standards, reporting requirements and legislative controls.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and ability to improve processes with technology.
• Experience in implementing product solutions and handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, think laterally and travel up to 50% of the time.
