About the role

Join Worldpay's Enterprise Risk Management team as the APAC Risk Specialist, representing the ERM function locally and embedding risk accountability across business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to address complex, region‑specific risk issues and balance risk with reward.
• Communicate professionally with executive and senior leaders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Apply sound judgment within the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to assess potential risks.
• Monitor and escalate issues, serving as a trusted escalation point for APAC entities.
• Present risk assessment results to APAC Boards and other governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience with risk management practices, including risk and controls evaluation.
• Strong understanding of local risk management requirements across APAC jurisdictions.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Creative problem‑solving abilities aligned with business objectives.
