ANZ Financial Controller - Construction

About the role

CNH, a global leader in agriculture and construction equipment, is looking for a Financial Controller for Construction based in St Marys NSW. The role leads the ANZ region's financial performance, covering Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, and works closely with Sales and Commercial leaders to support pricing, profitability, growth initiatives and business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own ANZ financial performance, including profitability, gross margin, balance sheet and cash flow
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic business planning and monthly financial reporting
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations on pricing, discounts, support programs and product profitability
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth and sound commercial decisions
• Monitor inventory, working capital, provisions and key financial risks
• Support development and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
• Present financial results, risks and opportunities to ANZ, APAC and global leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with CNH policies, SOX controls and audit requirements
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial finance processes and controls

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
• 10+ years' experience in financial control, commercial finance or business partnering roles
• Manufacturing, industrial or capital equipment experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to work across multiple teams, entities and time zones

Required skills

• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
• SAP experience highly desirable
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
