Android Software Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

KIRA is building an AI‑powered Neobank app that combines insurance, payments, savings and investment services. We are looking for an Android Software Engineer who will create clean, high‑performance native experiences for real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Implement end‑to‑end mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
• Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading times, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously improve the product.
• Introduce AI‑assisted experiences only when they add genuine value to the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Android architecture and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Passion for clean UX, usability, edge‑case handling and high‑quality code.
• Ability to work fast, take ownership and maintain product quality.
