Android Engineer – AI‑Powered Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking an Android Engineer to develop the native Android experience for our AI‑driven neobank application. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver fast, reliable, and user‑centric mobile features for a range of financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and other financial services.
• Work with product and design to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security, and reliability.
• Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously enhance the product.
• Develop AI‑assisted mobile experiences where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong Android fundamentals with a track record of shipping production apps.
• Good sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
• Experience debugging production issues and integrating REST APIs.
• High ownership, fast execution, and strong attention to product quality.
