Analyst/Sales Executive – FMCG (4‑day week)

About the role

TCCD is looking for an Analyst/Sales Executive to join a small, high‑performing team that manages a tier‑one brand portfolio across Australia’s independent grocery channel. This is a 4‑day week role designed to match the workload, offering real commercial ownership of a $40M portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Foodworks and SPAR accounts end‑to‑end, including buyer relationships, promotional programmes, trade spend, distribution and in‑store execution.
• Communicate ranging outcomes from Metcash to downstream accounts.
• Build and maintain promotional grids and customer systems.
• Produce monthly Promo ROI analysis (actual vs. expected, baseline impact, rate of sale).
• Run pre‑promo analysis covering expected uplift, margin impact and cannibalisation risk.
• Support range reviews using scan performance data (Circana/IRI).
• Prepare field briefing materials and cycle priorities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in FMCG sales, category management or analytics.
• Commercial mindset with focus on margin, ROI and outcomes.
• Self‑sufficient and disciplined in workload management.
• Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Experience with Circana or IRI scan data (or equivalent).
