All‑Round Mining Operators – FIFO – Up to $87.27/hr

About the role

NUCREW is seeking experienced All‑Round Operators, Dozer Operators and Excavator Operators for FIFO positions at a top‑quality Goldfields mining operation. The role involves operating a range of heavy‑equipment assets to support production targets in a modern, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate multiple mining assets across day and night shifts, including dozers, loaders, graders, dump trucks and excavators.
• Maintain production output while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure efficient site operations.

Required profile

• Current WA driver’s licence (HR preferred).
• Minimum 2 years production mining experience operating multiple machines.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• Two recent supervisor‑level work references.

Required skills

• Dozer operation (CAT D10).
• Excavator operation (3600 & 9200).
• Loader operation (CAT 988, 982, 992).
• Grader operation (CAT 16M & 18M).
• Dump‑truck operation (CAT 789/785).
• General heavy‑equipment operation.
