All Rounder Operator – Grader, Excavator & Dozer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced All Rounder Operator to join our civil earthworks team, delivering high‑quality fixed‑plant projects for major mining clients across Australia. The role involves operating a range of heavy equipment on FIFO sites, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavator, dozer, grader, loader, tipper and watercart on earthworks projects.
• Perform daily set‑up, maintenance and safe operation of all assigned plant.
• Collaborate with site crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
• Follow strict safety‑first procedures and report any incidents or equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for equipment usage and tickets.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence (HR) and full Australian working rights.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience operating earth‑moving equipment in civil or mining environments.
• All relevant heavy‑vehicle tickets and licences.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
