All Rounder Operator – FIFO (Mining)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Production Mining All Rounder Operators to join our permanent, full‑time team on a 2‑on/1‑off FIFO roster. The role is based at our owner‑operated iron ore and lithium sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara, as well as client projects, where safety and teamwork are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dozers (D10 and/or D11), graders (16M or larger) and excavators (1900 or larger) in a production mining environment.
• Maintain safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with close‑knit teams to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to safety in all work activities.
• Current Australian C‑Class driver’s licence.
• Valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Dozer operation – D10/D11 models.
• Grader operation – 16M or larger.
• Excavator operation – 1900 or larger.
• C‑Class driver’s licence.
