Aircraft Worker / Utility Worker

About the role

Aircraft Structural Contractors is looking for a dedicated and reliable Aircraft Worker / Utility Worker to join its team in the hangar at Brisbane Airport. You will assist engineers and trade assistants working on various aircraft and aircraft components. It is described as an entry-level role into the aviation industry.

Required profile

• Commitment to safety: a strong dedication to safe working practices and high service standards
• Team collaboration: proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail: an eye for detail that ensures precision in your work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
• Full working rights and residence in Australia
• Ability to obtain the required aviation security clearance and airside driver's licence
• Current Australian licence and reliable transport

Required skills

• Ability to use various hand tools and equipment
• Ability to work a rotating day/afternoon shift roster, full-time hours at casual rate (38 hours per week)

What we offer

• Dayshift pay of $34.14 per hour plus superannuation
• Afternoon shift pay of $38.24 per hour plus superannuation
