Air Logistics Airport Warehouse Office Specialist

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an Air Logistics Airport Warehouse Office Specialist within its Freight Forwarding team. You will support airport and warehouse activities across the shipment lifecycle, from cargo handling and documentation to customs coordination and shipment monitoring, helping ensure every shipment is accurate, compliant and delivered safely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cargo loading, unloading, ULD build-up and cargo handling to keep operations efficient and compliant
• Manage documentation so shipment documents are prepared, transferred and maintained accurately
• Coordinate airport operations with Operational Care Centre (OCC) teams
• Monitor shipment status, cargo handling performance and operational controls to meet service quality and compliance standards
• Resolve documentation discrepancies, customs issues and operational challenges to improve efficiency
• Support customs inspections, cargo monitoring and shipment visibility to ensure a good customer experience

Required profile

• Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics operations and industry regulations
• Experience in air cargo security, particularly RACA requirements
• Understanding of airport operations and cargo handling
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused attitude
