Air Conditioning Sales / Estimator

About the role

A long-established HVAC provider serving Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast is looking for a Sales / Estimator to join its growing team. The role covers the full customer sales journey, from initial enquiry through quoting, securing work and coordinating installation projects. It suits someone who wants to get off the tools and work in a modern, tech-driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Meet customers onsite to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to secure sales
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales process
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market activity to identify new business opportunities
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development
• Use modern digital systems, including SimPro, to manage workflows

Required profile

• Experience or strong knowledge within the air conditioning trade
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Sales-driven, customer-focused and proactive, with a desire for long-term career growth
