AI Trainer - Chemistry

About the role

We are seeking an AI Trainer specialized in chemistry to help improve AI chatbot models. The role is fully remote and can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis, allowing you to select projects and set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complex chemistry questions to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
• Evaluate the correctness, logic, and performance of AI model outputs.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the ongoing training of the models.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in chemistry or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Must be based in Australia and able to work as an independent contractor.
