AI Learning & Development Lead

About the role

ClearAI is seeking an AI Learning & Development Lead to turn AI capability into lasting behaviour change. You will design, deliver, and scale learning experiences that empower teams from the front line to the boardroom.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for mixed audiences, from first‑time users to C‑suite executives.
• Design structured learning journeys, role‑based pathways, and train‑the‑trainer materials.
• Build and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) to scale training beyond founder‑led workshops.
• Measure adoption, learning outcomes, and feedback; use data to continuously improve programs.
• Develop reusable intellectual property (IP) and demo content using dummy data.
• Interpret client contexts, adapt content to corporate environments, and protect ClearAI’s positioning.
• Proactively create new modules, formats, and scalable delivery models.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or facilitation.
• Proven ability to hold a room and adapt to shifting energy levels.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools and a strong understanding of behaviour‑change principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
