AI Hub - Solutions Architect

About the role

RAA is building a new AI Hub to embed artificial intelligence across the organisation and improve insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. This is a full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD, reporting to the Senior Manager AI Hub. The Solutions Architect will design scalable, secure and reusable AI solutions that move AI from experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Design the architecture behind RAA's AI-enabled future, creating scalable, secure and reusable solutions
• Work across data, technology, cyber security, governance and business teams to ensure AI solutions deliver immediate value and fit the long-term technology strategy
• Shape AI-powered workflows, decision intelligence solutions, member-facing experiences and automation opportunities
• Balance innovation with governance so every solution is secure, responsible and designed for real-world impact

Required profile

• Experience designing AI, data, digital or enterprise technology solutions in complex organisational environments
• Ability to partner with enterprise architecture, cyber security, data and governance teams to align solutions with organisational standards
• Understanding of security, privacy and responsible AI principles and how they are embedded in solution design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of modern cloud architecture, integration patterns and AI platforms
• Experience developing architecture standards, patterns and reference designs that support scalable delivery
