AI Deployment Manager (APAC, Remote)

About the role

Cresta is an AI platform combining conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation and conversation intelligence, used by companies such as United Airlines, Cox Communications and Marriott. As an AI Deployment Manager in APAC, you will own the moment when cutting-edge AI becomes real-world results, leading customer deployments end-to-end so that AI initiatives become live, adopted solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer deployments end-to-end, turning ambitious AI initiatives into live, adopted solutions
• Ensure customers launch AI solutions that are actually used and drive real business outcomes
• Keep deployments running smoothly, on time and against clearly defined success metrics
• Help internal teams bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex initiatives
• Partner closely with customers and work with product, engineering and GTM teams

Required profile

• Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations
• Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working with technical concepts, data and analytics
• Able to translate complex technology into clear, actionable plans
• Bias toward execution, outcomes and ownership; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
