Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) Supervisor

About the role

CPB Contractors, the construction company of the CIMIC Group, is looking for an experienced AGL Supervisor to join its project team. The project involves the development and construction of civil, structural and associated works, including Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) infrastructure such as pits, ducts and trenching. The supervisor oversees civil works and coordinates with electrical, AGL teams, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of AGL pits, conduits/ducts and underground infrastructure
• Coordinate trenching, excavation, concrete and pavement works
• Ensure civil infrastructure is ready for runway, taxiway and apron lighting installation
• Coordinate with electrical/AGL teams, engineers and subcontractors
• Inspect sites and monitor construction quality
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements and airport standards
• Manage daily site activities, crews, permits and work sequencing
• Compile detailed daily site reports

Required profile

• Civil construction supervision experience
• Experience with AGL, airport or airfield infrastructure highly regarded
• Strong safety and quality focus
• Ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors effectively
